Do you have a key drop off?
Yes, if you would like to drop off before or after hours we have a key drop off located on our 1st garage door. Fill out a brown envelope and drop through the slot where they are locked inside.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on the weekends. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.
Do you use customer provided parts?
No, in order to give you the best service and warranty backed by 24months 24K miles, we do not use customer provided parts.
Can I wait with my vehicle?
Yes, you are more then welcome to wait with your vehicle. At the time of scheduling our front end will let you know how long services are estimated, so you can make the best decision in waiting with or dropping off your vehicle.
Does the work completed come with a warranty?
Absolutely! We offer a 24 month/24K mile warranty (which ever comes first) for almost all repairs. If there is a different provider their specific warranty will be provided on the complete ticket.
Do you offer towing?
We do not offer towing but if you have been previously serviced here at Greeley Automotive Service, you most likely qualify for a $75 tow reimbursement! Ask the Front end for more details!
